Yes, you will still be able to access your dispute investigation results until 5 pm PST on March 31, 2021. However, services like credit alert notifications and dispute submissions were halted permanently on January 13, 2021 and January 15, 2021 respectively.
No, you will no longer be able to access your investigation results after the closure on March 31, 2021.
Download the latest version of the app from Apple’s app store or Google Play store. On the app, simply click on the “Disputes” button on the bottom navigation bar, then click on the “Complete” tab. Click on the “View Bureau Investigation Results” link if available. |

Then click on the “Export” icon on the top right of the screen to view the operating system options for exporting your investigation results. Depending on your operating system options, you may choose to save or print the file. You may also print your results after saving the file to your phone. |
