• Why is Upturn shutting down?

  Upturn is a wholly owned subsidiary company of BBVA USA. As part of a BBVA USA strategic review, it was decided to discontinue Upturn’s operations.

• Can I access my dispute investigation results that I had obtained through my Upturn account?

  Yes, you will still be able to access your dispute investigation results until 5 pm PST on March 31, 2021. However, services like credit alert notifications and dispute submissions were halted permanently on January 13, 2021 and January 15, 2021 respectively.

• Will I be able to access my investigation results after the closure by other channels?

  No, you will no longer be able to access your investigation results after the closure on March 31, 2021.

• How do I download my investigation results from the Upturn application?

  Download the latest version of the app from Apple’s app store or Google Play store. On the app, simply click on the “Disputes” button on the bottom navigation bar, then click on the “Complete” tab. Click on the “View Bureau Investigation Results” link if available.

  Then click on the “Export” icon on the top right of the screen to view the operating system options for exporting your investigation results. Depending on your operating system options, you may choose to save or print the file. You may also print your results after saving the file to your phone.

• I can’t see the investigation results download feature, what can I do?

  Download the latest version of Upturn from the App Stores. If you continue experiencing problems downloading the investigation results, please contact us at support@upturncredit.com.
  

• What if I forget to download or print my dispute investigation results before March 31, 2021?

  You and Upturn will no longer be able to access your investigation results after this date.

• Can I terminate Upturn’s services before March 31, 2021?

  Yes, you can delete your account using the mobile app. On the app, go to the “Settings” page, then click on “Delete account”.
